Membership Plan

We are committed to providing you with on-going dental care to achieve good long term oral health. The best way to achieve this is through regular check-ups with your dentist and the hygienist. We understand that dental care can be costly, so to help you with this you have a choice of options through our Dental Plan to spread the cost. These are paid for in one monthly direct debit payment.

Our plans also gives you peace of mind should you require emergency dental care whilst away from home or abroad. We offer plans to all our patients, for both adults and children.

Below are details of our plans and what is included for you and your family.

Premier Plan 2:2
£22.18 per month (just 72p per day)

2 dental examinations per year and 2 dental hygiene visits per year
5% discount on all routine treatments

Preventative radiographs as required
Global Dental A & E Assistance Scheme

This plan would be suitable for patients who require routine dental care.

Premier Perio Plus Plan
£29.39 per month (just 95p per day)

2 dental examinations per year and 3 dental hygiene visits per year
5% discount on all routine treatments

Preventative radiographs as required
Global Dental A & E Assistance Scheme

This plan would be suitable for patients who have mild to moderate gum disease.

Premier Perio Gold Plus Dental Plan
£36.60 per month (just £1.18 per day)

2 dental examinations per year and 4 dental hygiene visits per year
5% discount on all routine treatments

Preventative radiographs as required
Global Dental A & E Assistance Scheme

This plan is suitable for patients with advanced or aggressive gum disease.

With all three of the above plans should you unexpectedly suffer any extra-oral trauma that damages your teeth and your dentists recommends a dental Implant then this will be covered up to a value of £2500 per Implant. It also now covers you should you find yourself unexpectedly made redundant, your cover will pay £15 per month for a period of twelve months therefore you can be assured that your oral health will be maintained. Additionally, any recommended treatments will be discounted 5% (excluding lab fees and cosmetic treatments) on all three of the above plans.

Premier Under 16's Plan
£8.75 per month (just 29p per day)

2 dental examinations per year, including oral health education
5% discount on all routine treatments
