Premier Smile Dental Excellence began as a general dental practice and has transformed into a leading provider of specialised dental care in Leighton Buzzard.
Under the vision and leadership of Dr Nooshin Vasfi, the practice has grown significantly, embracing digitalisation and the latest dental technologies to provide a higher standard of care.

Dr. Nooshin Vasfi is among the very few dentists with specialist and extensive post-graduate training in both root canal treatment and pulp therapy—focused on saving teeth—and implant dentistry, which replaces teeth that cannot be saved.
She earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1998, followed by additional professional qualifications. In 2004, she obtained her Diploma of Clinical Dental Sciences from the Eastman Dental Institute and Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
In 2006, Dr. Vasfi joined the specialist registrar training programme at Guy’s Hospital, completed her Master of Clinical Dentistry at the University of London, and then achieved Membership of Restorative Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2010. Subsequently, she was listed as an Endodontic Specialist on the General Dental Council’s UK register. She is also a member of the British Endodontic Society and the Langham Endodontic Study Group.
Dr. Vasfi has over 27 years of clinical experience and has taught post-graduate students in endodontics at King’s Hospital. She established her Leighton Buzzard endodontic referral base in 2009. In addition to her endodontic specialty, she completed extensive implant dentistry training (with a strong prosthodontic focus) and obtained her Diploma in Implant Dentistry from the Eastman Dental Institute in 2015. She is also a member of the British Association of Restorative Dentistry, Dental Trauma UK, and the International Team for Implantology.
Dr. Aryan Gararakhani graduated from the University of Debrecen with a Doctor of Medical Dentistry (D.M.D) Honours degree in 2016.
Dr. Aryan Gharakhani is an associate dentist at Premier Smile, specializing in periodontology, implantology, and Invisalign treatments. He graduated with honors from the University of Debrecen and is currently finalizing his Master’s in Periodontics at the Eastman Dental Hospital (University College London). Dr. Gharakhani is passionate about preventive dentistry and helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. His expertise in complex implant cases, gum disease management, and orthodontics ensures tailored, high-quality treatments. With a strong focus on patient comfort and education, he works closely with nervous patients, making their dental experience stress-free and comfortable.
Angie Kong brings over 12 years of experience in general dentistry from Hong Kong. She obtained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Hong Kong, one of the world’s top dental schools. In 2015, she earned her Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, she ensures a welcoming and inclusive environment for diverse patients. Angie specializes in preventive care, periodontal therapy, and oral health education, helping patients maintain long-term dental health through personalized hygiene plans and expert guidance.
Keerthy is a dedicated dental therapist at Premier Smile, providing comprehensive dental care for children under the NHS. She is passionate about pediatric dentistry and focuses on making dental visits a positive experience for young patients. She has been with the practice since 2007, making her a trusted and integral team member. Susan oversees clinical procedures, infection control, and patient safety, ensuring a comfortable and professional environment. Clare Holland is an experienced dental nurse with over 12 years in the field. She holds a NEBDN National Diploma in Dental Nursing and has additional certifications in sedation and dental radiography. Clare is passionate about creating a reassuring environment for patients, especially those undergoing complex treatments. There is free parking at the rear of the practice with limited spots. Alternatively, you can park at Morrison’s (5-minute walk) or the city centre car parks, all within a short walk of the practice.
- Dunstable: Follow the A505 to Leighton Buzzard, then take Hockliffe Street.
- Aylesbury: Take the A418 to Leighton Road, then follow signs to Hockliffe Street.
- Milton Keynes: Use the A4146 towards Leighton Buzzard, turning onto Hockliffe Street.
- Luton: Drive on the A505 towards Dunstable, then continue to Leighton Buzzard on the A4146.
